I'm only aware of video_data activity recognition tests, from here - https://github.com/darpa-sail-on/gen_data/tree/main/activity_recognition

This supports 3 types of novelty - spatial, temporal (aka augmentations) and novelty classes (where given a dataset, you can choose which classes you want to be novel and which should be known).
