Sage 10 Support

Should Intervention currently support Sage 10 themes without Bedrock?

If so, I've tried getting up and running a few times, but can't figure my way around these issues. Apologies if I'm being silly – would really appreciate being pointed in the right direction if I am!

Errors running composer require wpackagist-plugin/intervention

Could not find a matching version of package wpackagist-plugin/intervention. Check the package spelling, your version constraint and that the package is available in a stability which matches your minimum-stability (dev).

I can successfully install the plugin version but then run into this error on a fresh Sage installation.
