build: macOS building w/o depends requires `--enable-stacktraces=no` #6510

When configuring such as:

./configure --with-gui=no

results in errors such as:

stacktraces.cpp:48:10: fatal error: 'backtrace.h' file not found
   48 | #include <backtrace.h>
      |          ^~~~~~~~~~~~~

it seems we need to either include backtrace library https://github.com/ianlancetaylor/libbacktrace as a subtree to allow building with backtraces without depends. Input appreciated
