What is the purpose of databricks.sdk.service.jobs.SubmitRun dataclass?

I am trying to upgrade the version of databricks adk for my python app and I sometimes see in the changelog changes for some dataclasses such as the one mentioned above.

I tried searching throughout the sdk code for where this dataclass is being used, but I couldn't find any.

Any idea of where this sort of dataclasses is used and what is the purpose it serves?
