Pour remplacer l'actuel dataset en opendata https://data.enseignementsup-recherche.gouv.fr/explore/dataset/open-access-monitor-france/table/?disjunctive.oa_host_type&disjunctive.year il faudrait ajouter le champ "oa_url" dans oa_details, sans doute en exploitant le champ best_oa_evidence des données unpaywall.
