ImportError: cannot import name utc #4

Get this traceback when trying to import.

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "trac2issues.py", line 249, in ?
    from trac.util.datefmt import utc
ImportError: cannot import name utc

Commenting out lines 35 and 249 will fix this issue, since utc isn't really used in the code.
