Debugging of nolol-code does currently not fully work.

Add (more) correct source-locations to the ast-nodes generated by the converter
Show compiled yolol-code when debugging nolol in vscode
Allow setting of breakpoints in included files
Verify that set breakpoints actually have statements that can trigger a break
