Note new sequenceId in log line format:

23:33:11 12775: 2013-05-28T04:33:09.734173+00:00 app[run.5945]: sequenceId="10986"] rc=0
23:33:11 12775: 2013-05-28T04:33:11.105749+00:00 heroku[run.5945]: Process exited with status 0

This can't be by design. It looks super weird and is not a documented format either. I'll open a ticket.

Looks to have only occurred between 10:00 PM ET and 2:30 AM ET last night.

Heroku confirmed it's a bug.
