Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Recent changes to HEAD include the base to Debian 12 Bookworm.
It seems that caused the permission problem described in #22.

Describe the solution you'd like
Update the pred.Dockerfile.sqlsrv to install packages from https://packages.microsoft.com/config/debian/12/prod.list

Describe alternatives you've considered
No, at the moment.

The pre.Dockerfile.sqlsrv can check the Debian version and adjust accordingly.
