Alert user when there are multiple dob's in the CIPRS record batch

Sometimes there are multiple dob's (dates of birth) in the batch of CIPRS records because one of more CIPRS records has an incorrect dob. This can be a problem for example when the user expects an underage petition to be generated and it is not, because the earliest of the dob's is used and the earliest dob is incorrect. Gina suggested that providing a warning to the user would be most useful.
