I can see This assumes that you are in your $PROJECT_NAME folder., but think of next step is that true to run composer create-project roots/sage $THEME_NAME on site/web/app/themes/?
If then, I should get more one back like cd ../../../../?
The soft link command would be ln -s site/web/app/themes/$THEME_NAME theme in the project root?
docker-compose up --build --force-recreate -d fall by not exist .env in site/.env, is that supposed to here by using bedrock composer command?
