The Feb 18th meeting is currently set up as a normal WG meeting, but we want it to be a public event

If we can, it would be ideal to convert the current meeting require registration
Update the calendar invite if needed
Share on socials / blog / other channels (mailing lists, discord, slack)
Ensure current invitees don't need to register (can import)
