I thought of creating a web application using Streamlit to help people who don't want to write much code themselves. It is just an attempt to help researchers.

Still much more refinements needed. Will do so in the coming months.

Of course you can download the github repo and run it offline. Requires installing streamlit and mrsimulator.

Hi Paul,

This is awesome. Thanks for taking the initiative. I haven't used Streamlit before, it looks useful.

We also had a similar idea of creating a web app around mrsimulator. @mgiammar worked on the mrsimulator app using the plotly dash (https://mrsimulator.herokuapp.com/simulator). This was a while ago and since then the app hasn't been updated. At the time, we also were also limited with the plotly dash UI tools and hit some bottlenecks.

If you are interested in developing a web app, I would be happy to discuss.

Hi Deepansh,

I did not go the Plotly or flask way, because it takes time to build the GUI.

I did not know of the Heroku app, and thought maybe I will so some simple gui using Streamlit. I know that sooner or later I will hit the bottleneck of what streamlit can do, but for now it seems to be OK.

Of course, I am hosting it in their community cloud and it goes to sleep after an hour or so. I could have dockerised it and try to host somewhere, but it will take time and effort. I am happy to discuss if someone can help in that direction.

The things that I would like to do later, is to add custom methods, fitting etc. It will take some time and we can discuss as you mentioned.
