Haystack REST API with local model

Hi I have a FARM Reader and DPR Retriever trained and stored in local machine and I want to use it with Haystack REST API.
Is there a way to modify the pipelines.yml to access my models?
Otherwise, there is a way to upload these models to an official model in Hugging Face to use it on pipelines.yml?
