What is the status of the annotation tool?

Hi there!

Thanks for this fantastic framework :)

I'd like to use the annotation tool. However I cannot find it in the repository. It seems that it was recently removed:

The official documentation still points to a docker-compose file that doesn't exist anymore: https://github.com/deepset-ai/haystack/blob/main/annotation_tool/docker-compose.yml

Is this tool still supported?

Hello @rachida-sgh You can find the docker compose file on a different branch: https://github.com/deepset-ai/haystack/blob/v1.x/annotation_tool/docker-compose.yml
This is the branch for Haystack version 1.x, while the main branch is now for the 2.0 beta version. I'll update the documentation. Thank you for informing us about this outdated link! 👍
