Sub-task of #301:

In order to prove that an assessment result is valid/reproducible, some re-execution of validate with that assessment-results data would be necessary. The implementation of this might require further discovery/demand signal.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Given some resources from an original component definition are available offline
• When lula validate with the original assessment is executed
• Then an offline replay of the assessment can occur
