Our four reconcile strategies configure how the Queue behind reconcile is configured. We need a load test for each strategy.

Definition of done:

Pepr Module in excellent examples that Reconciles (@ least 2 bindings - same sample set)
Shell/KFC function that dumps several watched items in the cluster near simultaneously
Measure CPU/Mem
Ensure correctness
Test each branch of reconcile

The idea behind this test is to see the memory climb, and also go back down, the test timing should account for that
