project yml has changed a lot on the distiller side cLIMS update is needed #46

changes needed in : https://github.com/dekkerlab/cLIMS-docker/tree/master/cLIMS/tools/distillerTools

as there were a lot of changes in the https://github.com/mirnylab/distiller-nf/blob/master/project.yml

note bwa_index_wildcard_path instead of bwa_index_wildcard for example
