Make Delegate Integration Service open source make it easier to install and build connectors

We will open source Delegate ESB (aka Delegate Integration Service), which provides users a solution for a messaging platform with governance, monitoring and error handling for connecting services using Azure Service Bus. The solution consists of a client library, infrastructure, web based admin interface and pipeline scripts for configuration.

Beside making the solution open source some of the tasks should be to make it easy to install and get up running. Other tasks could be to build connectors to the platform. Currently requirements to use the platform is to use the provided .NET based client libraries. Libraries could be other languages or connectors for Logic Apps etc.

Solution also provides integration to ticket system such as ServiceNow. A modular based model for doing integrations to other ticket systems would also be nice to have.

Improving the current CLI tool for the solution that provides administrative tasks not available in the web interface could also be a task.

And of course write a good README file :)
