"May 31st 2022 - Masking jobs not started on 1st try"

** Expected Behavior**
Masking jobs are started by running this dxmc command: dxmc job start --jobname MASK_JOB1 --envname MASK_ENV_01 --engine ME01

** Actual Behavior**
While executing this command --> dxmc job start --jobname MASK_JOB1 --envname MASK_ENV_01 --engine ME01....we got the following error message:
Can't load job list {"errorMessage":"Page number '11' is outside of the acceptable range. The last page is '10'."}

Steps To Reproduce the Problem
Issue provided by customer and its been highlighted that after a few minutes, they were able to execute these jobs.
