Recently added https://pypi.org/project/crypt-r/ package is only available for Python 3.11. Because of this even if the server is new (Debian 12) but user system is old (Debian 11), initenv.sh does not work as it tries to install crypt-r in the local virtualenv and fails:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement crypt-r (from chatmaild) (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for crypt-r
