These providers have IMAP/SMTP, I tried them and they seem to work - just need to verify their settings:

virgilio.it
libero.it
alice.it

It is also working for (but need to enter information into advanced settings):
imap.free.fr
ssl0.ovh.net

But I can't find a way to get a testing account there.
