Clone Quote Children #288

When trying to clone quote children in an active state, I get the error that the records can't be added because the parent is not editable. It works on draft quotes.

There was an old thread mentioning this that was closed but I do not see a resolution. Was this resolved and are there any instructions for the clone children function for read-only quotes?
