How can I run npm-run-all using Deno 2 ?

Hey guys,

Currently I'm building TinyMCE using Deno2.

I successfully installed all modules using deno install.

However when I run deno build, it alerts:

Task build npm-run-all -p oxide-icons-ci oxide-ci -s tinymce-grunt
npm-run-all: command not found

Are there any solutions for this without installing NodeJS and NPM?

I've tried deno run -A npm:build
It alerts:
error: Failed resolving binary export. 'C:\Users\aaa\AppData\Local\deno\npm\registry.npmmirror.com\build\0.1.4\package.json' did not have a bin property
