Privacy Act request complete

The Appellant Notification module will notify an appellant when a Privacy Act request is completed by a Privacy Act Team user. This happens when the Privacy Act Team user marks the FOIA/Privacy Act task as completed in the appeal's case details page.
The method used to track Privacy Act request complete is update_status_if_children_tasks_are_closed(child_task) located in app/models/task.rb.
