Staging Review: Assemble Test Plans & QA Artifacts

Issue Description

As a VFS team member I want to assemble all of the required QA artifacts for New Confirmation Page and Primary Path Received email to be updated so that I can complete Staging Review and launch these features.

Tasks

• What work is necessary for this story to be completed?

Acceptance Criteria

• All silent failures must be logged to StatsD.

• All endpoints that the product accesses must be monitored in Datadog

• A regression test plan that proves the new changes don't break previously-integrated functionality is created

• A test plan that describes the method(s) that will be used to verify product changes is created

• A Coverage for References report that demonstrates user stories have been verified by test cases in the test plan.

• A Summary (Defects) report that demonstrates that the defects discovered during QA testing were discovered by executing test cases in the test plan.

• 1 or more End to End (E2E) tests exist and are documented

• Proof of 80% or higher unit test coverage in each category: Lines, Functions, Statements, and Branches is documented

• The VFS team must complete a playbook that specifies how the team will handle any errors that fire
