Update Colorjs to latest when it releases support for more unit types in hsl

Colorjs recently added support for other unit types in the hsl color function. This might allow us to re-activate a skipped test, but will definitely allow us to add more unit tests to ensure support for the units in the hsl function. Colorjs hasn't released the feature yet to npm, so just adding this issue here so we don't forget to get the newest version when it releases and re-activate the test.
