Right now user always has to provide decimal value:

I suggest a change where we have an option to quickly select one of the common units: WAD (18), RAY (27), RAD (45). More info: https://github.com/makerdao/dss/blob/master/DEVELOPING.md#units

Ability to provide custom decimal value still should be there.
