It would be cool to schedule a meet between a bunch of people, probably lots of organizers and have a chat about what it takes to have a welcoming, inclusive and friendly community. Exchange ideas, things that have worked, things that haven't, and things other groups in the world are doing as well as talking about things we don't know and require advice from experts.
