BRouter external profile options

Loading external BRouter profiles into Cruiser will now offer all profile options.

External profile options are automatically generated from the profile file.
It works exactly as on the BRouter website.

Changing the profile options works - the first time.

• Load an external BRouter profile
• Change some options
• Restart the app
• The changed options remain

The reverse process is the expected one, we load an external BRouter profile and configure its options in Cruiser.

External BRouter profiles can be further edited using a text editor and tested on the BRouter website.
