It can be simpler to continue with travis-ci (at least for awhile).

Option 1: Continue using travis-ci

Switch dg-toolkit repo integration from travis-ci.org to travis-ci.com (builds using *.org are no longer supported). FYI github/devgateway integration with travis-ci.com was initiated to be used in another dg repo.

Option 2: Create Jenkins build for DG Toolkit

Configure automatic ci builds in DG central Jenkins.
