Whenever the bot refers to a user, it should do it by userid, not user name. #16

In some instances the bot is responding to things with the username, for example:

br0xen

when it should be responding with the user id, for me that would look like:

<@U030RD9NU>

@br0xen I know this issue is pretty old but do you have any more information about it? Or are we even still seeing it?

It's not a bug so much as a feature that could be included. Slack refers to
every user by a user id, if the bot used that instead of just plain text
then, for example, giving someone points would make the points persist even
through a name change.

It's probably not important, I doubt anyone really cares. :)
