A bot that manages items that people want to learn by way of saying:

bot new task Learn encapsulation in Java.

bot show tasks @kevinfalting -> displays open tasks

bot complete task 1 -> moves the task assigned number 1 to a completed list.

Bot needs to congratulate them for completing a task.
