Problem Description

I have a email server running on port 25 and using TSL.
dex smtp by default uses port 465 for TSL

Proposed Solution

add a condition for TSL and allow using TSL on other ports also

@kannan-nic which version of Dex are you using? I believe there is no SMTP in Dex v2
