Setting up the path to the git.exe

In the ppt and the pdf workshop materials, the instructions for "Getting set up" say to "Set up the path to the git.exe in RStudio global settings.

This can be amened to say that this only needs to be done if you have RStudio already open before installing git. Alternatively, it can say to restart R after downloading git.
