In the task Notify about modifications of important files in VCS you have to specify the exact branch you want to check and track.

However, since you're really lazy you don't want to add new lazylead tasks each time a new branch is created. Instead, you want to have a feature for lazylead so it tracks all the branches (even if they're created every day) or (maybe) additionally provide a pattern how to filter only the branches you want to track (for instance by some prefix).

"svn ls" command can be used to get all branches
