In DHIS 2.22, there is a new type of data element, coordinate. This should be transmitted as (logitude, latitude) in EPSG 4326 coordinate system (decimal degrees).
This feature should implement the ability for users to enter a valid coordinate for a data value from the normal data entry screen by capturing a GPS coordinate from the device.
