Hi,
Can you suggest how to run gficf for multiple samples?
I ran gficf on individual samples, is there a way to merge them together and then run scGSEA?

Sorry, but currently, this is not supported. Why you don't merge samples from the beginning? Or you could merge the results of scGSEA after they have been performed on each independent dataset.
