I've only noticed this in one place, but it shows up during every run:

ssm-code-signing/build/index.js

Line 4658 in b300bb7

    
           console.log("Tool to be downloaded and used {} and url is {}", toolToBeUsed, urlToDownloadTool);

Should instead be:

    console.log(`Tool to be downloaded and used ${toolToBeUsed} and url is ${urlToDownloadTool}`);
