Context

To conform to BfL legislation, LPAs can confirm that they have reviewed their BfL register and that it is up-to-date instead of submitting a new endpoint.

To enable this, we must design a mechanism for LPAs to say that they've reviewed the data and it's still up to date.

History

#632 - work is being done to understand how the backend can record and store when an LPAs has reviewed their data and confirmed that it is up to date
#575 - work is being done to understand, from a policy perspective, what factors contribute to stale data, but also confirm acceptable methods in which LPAs can conform to BfL legislation

Acceptance Criteria

TBC

Tasks

  • Discuss with data design team
  • Consider POV from consumer side

@MJFaucherFolie kicked off conversation about this in yesterday's design time. Need to discuss next steps
