How might we inform all LPAs of the need to submit BfL

Context

• We are implementing features into our service to support LPAs to submit BfL data, but we need a way to inform them

Acceptance criteria

• Clarity on how we secure LPAs email addresses and store them
• Understanding of the journey we send LPAs on when they receive emails
• Clarity on how we track emails, the journey and the impact of sending emails
• Understanding of a process to exclude LPAs who have already submitted BfL

Tasks

• Engage with the Community Management team to learn about their engagement app - Circle
• Understand the process to activate tools, such as mail chimp, and where personality identifiable information can be stored
• Work with the Design team to agree a journey the LPAs should go through once receiving the email
• Test UTM links with Smartlook to track new journey
• Work with Dilwoar to develop an automated process, which works with marketing tools, such as mail-chimp, to exclude LPAs who have submitted BfL datasets
