Sentry Issue: 503 from config repository

Overview

Sentry has noticed an unhandled error on the production Async Back-end that occurs when a the config repository returned a 503 error.

At time of writing, this has only occurred once. However, we should investigate why this is happening and determine if we can stop this error from being raised.
