I noticed that the TSKE generated have errors. I didn't search extensively, but I noticed that the intro of Philemon went missing. So after some searching in the file system, I found out that the file PM1.html that's supposed to be there was merged with TT3.html (Titus 3). Although the commentary/cross reference is in there, but the book intro was missing altogether.
