I cannot use the regions I create or load. I cannot save and

I am unable to load and apply regions I either create or save. I am also unable to manage, save and have my presets appear in my browser.

I am unable to save and apply the presets to my browser. What am I doing wrong..I have tried everything.

Applying Regions
After creating my very own regions, I try to apply the regions however nothing happens. I'm unable to apply nor see any saved aspects of that region.

Help here would be greatly appreciated. Brandon
