Improve tts player design

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current tts player design is not very user friendly as the size changes on play/pause.
Furthermore, it is too close to the bottom in iOS (no space to the ios navigation bar).

since uix isn't tagged, I'm unsure whether my input is needed here. in the design proposal, the sizing does not change. if you'd like my assistance, it would be helpful to have a current visual of the tts function. @bahaaTuffaha could you share an image of both states?
