The current codebase seems to have some support for placing stop orders via the REST API, but the "activate" message isn't implemented in the WebSocket API. We need to look at this and figure out what's left to be done.

Also note that @karl-chan's fork has some functionality related to stop-orders that may be relevant here, see #1.
