Speed up dnf package searches

Here's a little fzf-like script to search and install packages on Fedora that's made immeasurably better by bkt. It displays available packages from all repos, lets you choose which ones to install with gum, then installs the selected packages.

Without caching, this script takes a few seconds to run, but with bkt, it runs instantly.
