IllegalStateException: Could not acquire lock in reasonable timeframe

Hey,

in the last few days I am getting the error below and the bot stops playing music (integration with LavaPlayer, but that doesn't seem to be the problem). I have a command for the bot to connect/disconnect from a voice channel and after the error occured, it wouldn't even disconnect from the VC. If I manually disconnect the bot, it doesn't join again.

I was just shutting down the bot, when another error occured, that also involves an IllegalStateException.

Why are you closing this issue? The issue is not resolved. And I couldn't find any info on what to provide when creating an issue. If it is mentioned somewhere, that you need a thread dump, then I am sorry. If not, then maybe mention it somewhere instead of closing issues without even looking at them?! As I mentioned earlier, I stopped the bot, so I can't send you a thread dump (would have been nice if mentioned before ;) ) But if the issue re-occurs I'll create a thread dump. And I'll create another issue, because you closed the previous one.

Without a thread dump we can't help you. You need to provide the thread stacks when this issue occurs.

And that code wouldn't work either way, JDA isn't ready yet when you grab the guild, so the guild is null

This looks like the bug that was fixed a few days ago, it should be resolved in the next alpha release.
