Key Error when editing Site and Users

Have put djangotoolbox in the installed apps, which seems to solve the primary Database Error problem, but now when I click got to /admin/sites/site or /admin/auth/user it spits out a key error with the exception value 'request', has anyone else come across this?

@hoagy-davis-digges Can you paste the traceback and version of apps that you're using ? it helps a lot in matter of finding out the issue.
