"Advanced New File" and "Files: Advanced New File" makes extension too difficult to use

This extension has two different commands which get completed when typing Adv:
Advanced New File
Files: Advanced New File

If you execute Advanced New File, it does nothing.

This makes the extension unusable for me because too frequently it completes the wrong command Advanced New FIle, which does nothing. It's also confusing to the user.

How to fix it:

• There should not be a Advanced New File and this should be removed.
• Files: Advanced New File is the command the user should execute from the command bar.
• There should only be one command in the command bar, given the obvious name.
